After being out of combat, Sejuani gains Frost Armor which grants Armor and Magic Resist and immunity to slows. Frost Armor persists for a short time after Sejuani takes damage. Sejuani can damage a stunned enemy to shatter it, dealing massive magic damage.
Frost Armor gives free resistances. It recharges after not taking damage for a few seconds.

How to Play Sejuani

Early Game
Ganks with Q Knockup
- Start Blue → Gromp → Wolves → Raptors → Red → Krugs. W clears camps decently.
- Level 3 ganks with Q knockup into E stun are reliable.
- Passive armor makes you tanky even early. You can take some hits during ganks.
- Coordinate E stun with melee laners — they apply frost stacks too.
- Avoid early 1v1s vs strong duelists. You're a team player.

Mid Game
R Engage Wins Fights
- R is your fight-winning engage. Hit 2+ enemies for massive impact.
- Q → R → E is your full CC chain. Knockup → stun → stun = 3+ seconds of CC.
- Force dragon fights. Your engage wins skirmishes.
- Peel for your carry with Q knockback + E stun if needed.
- W second swing does %max HP — use it on tanks and objectives.

Late Game
CC Machine Frontline
- R from fog of war for surprise engages. One hit = fight won.
- In teamfights, CC as many enemies as possible. You're not a damage dealer — you're a lockdown machine.
- Peel or engage based on what your team needs. Flexible in both roles.
- Tank everything for your carry. Passive + items = 300+ armor easily.
- E stun with melee allies in fights = constant CC on the enemy frontline.
