The Story of Bel'Veth
Bel'Veth is not a creature from the Void in the conventional sense — she is the Void reshaped into something unprecedented. She was born from the complete consumption of Belveth, a thriving human city, and everything it contained: its architecture, its memories, its people, their dreams and ambitions and knowledge. All of it fed into the Void and was reforged into her. She remembers being a city. She is now something the Void has never produced before.
Where most Void entities hunger mindlessly and destroy indiscriminately, Bel'Veth plans. She has absorbed enough of human civilization to understand it — to understand ambition, strategy, deception, and the value of patience. She is building something: a Void realm shaped not by absence but by her accumulated understanding of what creation means, filtered through the cold logic of a predator who has consumed an entire culture.
She calls herself an empress, and the title is not vanity. She commands Void forces with an intelligence that frightens even the Watchers — the ancient entities who theoretically direct the Void's expansion. Bel'Veth has her own agenda, and it is larger and stranger than simple consumption. She wants to remake the world in a new image — and she has already demonstrated that she can absorb enough of it to understand exactly what that would require.
