The Story of Sivir
Sivir is Shurima's most celebrated mercenary captain, and she made that reputation on two things: her chakram — a unique, enchanted throwing weapon that cuts through anything and returns to her hand — and a policy of strict professional neutrality. She takes contracts, she delivers results, she asks no questions about politics. The coin goes in, the problem goes away. This approach has made her extremely wealthy and moderately hunted.
The complication she didn't ask for: she's a descendant of the Shuriman Emperor Azir, and that bloodline is a key that unlocks ancient Shuriman seals. This fact attracts exactly the kind of people Sivir has spent her life avoiding — prophets, priests, ancient god-warriors, and the agents of people who want to control what those seals open. She's been drugged, betrayed, and left for dead over it more than once.
Her encounter with the resurrected Azir — the emperor she's descended from, returned after three thousand years of sand — forced her to confront a heritage she'd rather not have. She's still deciding what to do with the knowledge. Run from it, claim it, or find a third option that lets her get paid and stay alive. Sivir's first loyalty has always been to herself, and she doesn't see any reason to change that now.
